Recently while driving to preschool, Ty said " Mom, I don't want to be a police officer anymore." Then he said "I want you to write this down so you don't forget it...I want to be a road digger guy. You know those guys mom? The ones who are down in the roads and you can see their heads sticking up? They did really big holes and I want to do that." He then told me again to write it down so I don't forget. I'm pretty sure he'll probably be able to get that job when he grows up. Scott hopes he eventually aspires to something higher.
So then at preschool graduation all the kids took turns going to the mic and saying what they wanted to be when they grew up. Of course some wanted to be superheros, ninja turtles and even transformers. Others wanted to be firemen or policemen, there were even some aspiring farmers. Ty went up and said "When I grow up I want to be a worker." Way to go kid!
